Has Desmond Ridder shown enough to justify not taking a QB next year in the draft?

Watching him play since he was last benched, he hasn’t exactly been lighting it up. Seems like the defense is carrying this team and they are winning through the run game. Was wanting to know if you felt like the front office would still move on based on what he has done so far.
