Why Does My Cat Like And Listen When I Use My Baby Voice For Him?

I can make my voice sound like a cartoon character. It's a cutesie voice that I use with animals.

Anyway, when I use this voice he responds a lot by throwing himself on the bed and wriggling around like "look at me in the cutest thing"

I call them his dance recitals lol

Why does he do that?
