So...how is it this nice out? It's almost like chilly out. Meanwhile the rest of the country is in a record heat wave, and half the country is covered in smoke...WTF?

I am NOT complaining, but like how is it we're comfortable and not covered in smoke, when the wildfires are hot-boxing most of the country, everything from Arizona to Florida is in a historic heat wave, Florida has like 3 biblical plagues going on (red tide, invasive snails, and the first local-spread malaria in the US in 20 years), and we're just doing great? Whatever diety approves of what California is doing, I think you!
