From what Ive read it was in the state of Parana which Ive never been to personally but I dont think it's much different from the rest of the country, very few details have been released about the kid but apparently he lives with his grandparents and showed no signs of aggression prior to this. The brutality, number of victims plus the young age of the prepetator are just so shocking all together.
