My synching speed is like 80kb/s, Am I doing something wrong? (Two phones, one with VPN but with local network allowed)

3rd party apps, I heard a while ago that EU is going to force apple to allow apps to be installet outside the Appstore, is there any progress in that?

Why do even hybrid cars have 2 batteries?(12v + high-voltage)

It feels kind if dumb to see such configuration and I have worries If I drain small 12v battery by using car with engine off It wouldn't start..
