You can pretty easily disable automatic daylight savings time adjustments on most devices, even my car has the option.

Man this takes me back, I used to have a faulty LAPD: Future Cop disk, which happened to be my favourite game, me and a friend used to sit in front of the TV saying "pls pls pls pls" and cheer when it worked.

I got some Ergowear boxer briefs and briefs, super comfortable and plenty of space for everything to have it's own place without getting squished.
Only downside is they aren't that cheap, though maybe there are some cheap copies out there

I do, I prefer it as my method to escape full screen, idk why but I like it more than alt tab
Also use it for searching start menu quickly, eg; win + "settings", enter to get to settings quickly
I use it to get to AppData folder pretty often too, win + r, "%appdata%", enter
Also maximising windows (win + up arrow), and snapping windows left/right (and transitioning between dual screens)
Last use I can think of is to record, win + g opens the game screen thing, which has a handy record feature (win + shift + r is a quick way to instantly start recording)

In 2023, CATL received the equivalent of US$790 million in state subsidies.
In December 2023, Duke Energy disconnected CATL batteries from Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune due to security concerns.
In June 2024, a group of U.S. lawmakers asked the United States Department of Homeland Security to add CATL to an import ban list under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act.
The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 prohibited US defense funding for CATL products.
Just because a company does something good doesn't mean the company is good, no matter how beneficial the batteries are it's important to know how they were made and if the company (aka CCP) is in good faith, or just that they know that oil's days are numbered and want to get a head start on the new monopoly.

Well OP does say the price increase ranges from 20% to 50%
In other currencies the price change is over 50%, for example Euro price going from 8 to 12.50
Weslee 2mo ago • 95%
There are other currencies in the world.
Euro is going from 8 to 12.5, which is higher than 50%
Weslee 2mo ago • 100%
No, not sure if other industries do this, but buying a game in a weak currency usually turns out cheaper (by alot) because Devs will usually offer the game for a lower price in the weaker economy

That's pretty easy tbh, most of the core bitcoin devs all work for a single company that can absolutely be bought out, and even have gone on record on how much they dislike bitcoin.
It was the main reason I got out, I bought into it because I was excited by the tech behind it, but no single company should have that much control over the direction it goes in.
Now you could argue that if they did so the chain would just split and the rest of the world would just stay off the USA owned chain, but imo they have already done so much against the interest of bitcoin and everyone has just gone along with it so far (minus the bch split) so what do I know.

Out of curiosity, which engine would you say is your favourite? If Bethesda were going to start using a new engine tomorrow, which engine would you hope they would use?

A misplaced mesh, missing quest dialogue, or invalid NPC navmesh is not an engine issue and is specific to each individual game, these things can't be fixed in the engine
Weslee 3mo ago • 100%
I was under the impression that 99.99% of fixes in the unofficial patches were gameplay related things, not underlying issues with the engine.
I also feel like if every game had the player count and mod support of Bethesda games, they would all have unofficial patches. No game is perfect and bug free, I know Bethesda games are buggier than most, but they are also way more ambitious and have way more content than most (I'm talking pre-starfield here, I haven't gone back to starfield like I still go back to fallout and elder scrolls)
Hi there, I am pretty new to Linux, so apologies for any stupidly obvious answers I might miss; I have a Raspberry Pi with some self hosted stuff to use in my LAN - however I have recently decided to host a Gogs (git) server on there also (as well as a Wordpress server). Heres the issue - my Plex server is accessible from WAN, the Wordpress server is half working and the Gogs server is only accessible from LAN. Basically if I connect to the server with LAN IP it works, if I use WAN IP it doesnt (The server at IP is taking too long to respond). One weird thing I noticed is that the Wordpress server - if I try to go to that via WAN IP it doesn’t work, but if I go via the DNS it works fine. The Gogs server is using Docker, Wordpress just uses nginx. I have a static IP and have forwarded the correct ports on my router, I also have a new modem for fibre that I have not used before - not sure if that matters. I'm mostly focused on getting the Gogs server accessible from WAN, I'm not too fussed about Wordpress right now since that works via DNS anyway. Really appreciate any possible solutions you guys might know
I just checked GitHub and it looks like the last branch update was 3 months ago, is the Dev MIA or is this a planned break?
I'm so fed up of these cookie popups requiring a few extra clicks to reject, are there any extensions that will automatically opt out or reject additional cookies?
I'm looking for a new GPU, finally upgrading my 1060 12gb. I have a £600 budget, would like it to be fairly modern and atleast 12gb vram, anything over 128 bitrate too. Let me know your current GPU if it meets specs, and what your opinion of it is! I've been considering the Intel Arc A770 but a bit nervous about the drivers
Personally can't wait to see what warlock will be like as a warlock main from retail
My loading screen looks like it completes, then it flashes black, displays the loading screen again, but after the flash the loading animation has stopped and the screen is completely locked up. Edit: It looks like the issue was because I had saved in orbit, I'm not sure if the location matters, but I was orbiting Volii Alpha, loading an earlier save while on the planet worked
