Sewing

I have trouble with a metallic thread. Superior Threads japanese brand wt40. Upper thread already set to no 1 tightness. Machine is Singer Legacy Any suggestion appreciated. 

I've made this so many times and it never disappoints. Tshirts are also great for beginner sewers or people who haven't sewn with knit before.

They're definitely too warm for summer though, I will probably end up making a linen or cotton pair to wear in warmer weather. I'm also going to experiment with thick/rigid interfacing for the soles so they're not as floppy.
