It's easier to ask someone else to do the thinking for you than do it yourself. If you have a readily available computer geek then why learn? Most people I know including myself only put the effort in to learn when all other alternatives are unavailable or if they genuinely enjoy the subject which i can guarantee most boomers don't.

Agreed those parts were the most frustrating and weakest parts that kinda pulled me out of the experience. In contrast I actually didn't mind it in Soma so much as those sections seldom were much of a threat so managed to pass them without much frustration. But they didn't add much to the experience tbh the narrative and environment of that game was already perfect enough

That's what I do now and just buy as many that will fit me and keep a stock. It would just be nice if i didn't have to hunt around in outlets for an ever decreasing stock of old style trainers tho

This take is so ridiculously stupid it falls apart under its own logic. If fixed camera angles were supposedly a technical limitation to "sAvE poLgyOns" why do they not feature in 99% of the games on the generations those games came out on?????????
